CSL Materials Announces Two Promotions

Friday, December 16, 2022 (McKinney, TX) – CSL Materials is pleased to announce the promotion of Daniel Dodd to North Texas Sales Manager and Spencer Haines to Building Envelope Manager, effective immediately.

Daniel Dodd joined the CSL Team in 2017 as the Specialty Products Manager for the North Texas territory, later advancing into his role as the Building Envelope Manager. During his tenure, the North Texas Region has achieved substantial growth in the Carlisle SynTec product line while also strengthening CSL’s market position as a total building envelope sales organization. As the North Texas Sales Manager, Daniel will be taking on additional management and strategic responsibilities with a focus on growing the complete CSL Materials product portfolio.

Spencer Haines joined the CSL Team in 2020 as the Waterproofing and Roof Coatings Sales Manager, managing both the Carlisle Coatings & Waterproofing and Carlisle Roof Foam & Coatings product lines. In his short tenure, Spencer has become an integral part of the CSL Team, adding impressive sales growth through enthusiasm, hard work, and reliability. As the new Building Envelope Manager, Spencer will add Carlisle SynTec, Metal-Era, and DensDeck product lines to his current responsibilities.
