September 6, 2022 (McKinney, TX) – CSL Materials is pleased to announce the promotion of Daniel Stockton to Vice President, Central Region – effective immediately. CSL’s Central Region now consists of the Oklahoma, Arkansas, Western Tennessee / Northern Mississippi territories.
“For more than a decade, CSL Materials has solidified its presence as a premier rep firm in the Oklahoma market,” says Chad Lesher, Founder and President of CSL Materials. During that time, the company went on to add the Arkansas and Western Tennessee/Northern Mississippi territories to its rep portfolio for Carlisle SynTec. Lesher continues, “These territories have really grown into their own and represent a healthy portion of CSL Materials’ overall geography and deployed resources. We believe we can keep pace with industry demand and exceed our growth projections with Daniel at the helm in these markets.”
Stockton joined the CSL Team in 2016 as a Territory Manager, taking over Carlisle SynTec and related lines in Oklahoma. During his tenure, the territory has enjoyed steady growth, notching several significant year-over-year sales milestones as well as earning two National Sales Awards for Outstanding Performance from Carlisle SynTec. In May of 2021, Stockton was promoted to Director of Business Development and later that year took on management responsibilities for the Arkansas market.
“There is room to grow and enhance our position within the Central Region, and I’m eager to get started. Our success will be predicated upon strengthening relationships with key distributors and contractors in each of these territories,” added Stockton. “We plan to invest resources and manpower to help us meet the individual needs and goals of our customers.”
Along with overseeing sales planning and performance in these three territories, Stockton will also assume management of CSL personnel. There are immediate plans to fill existing vacancies in Arkansas, as well as create new positions to increase the company’s presence across a large region.
